Use the City's demolition checklist only if the City puts the project on that path
Oklahoma City has permit and demolition resources, but the reviewed page does not expressly classify every pool-removal scope.
Scope noteAsk Development Services which permit path applies to the address and the exact full- or partial-removal scope.
Scope noteIf Development Services classifies the project under its demolition process, follow the current checklist and retain the resulting authorizations and disposal records.
- Send Development Services the address and a plain-language full or partial removal description.
- Ask which permit type, plan information and inspections apply.
- If the City classifies the work under its demolition pathway, follow the current demolition checklist and required authorization sequence.
- Keep utility, stormwater, disposal and closeout records actually generated by the approved path.
- If another pathway applies, follow that answer instead of forcing the demolition checklist onto the project.
- Utility and stormwater signoffs shown on the current checklist
- Disposal at a destination allowed by the current City requirements
- Additional environmental review where the checklist applies it
This module is not a permit application and must not display an approval stamp.
